In 2007, Mink founded Matthew Mink Design, a studio committed to pursuing the emotional and experiential aspects of furniture, as well as, the engineering of intuitive, smartly designed objects.

He currently designs outdoor furniture for Robbins Gardens, a widely recognized company based in Los Angeles, specializing in outdoor/garden environments.

Matthew’s inspiration stems from a playful and intuitive nature that he strives to instill in all his work. His designs display a simple, but elegant aesthetic and a fascination with merging the manufacturing process and artistic nature of each design he creates.

He is currently working with companies on developing outdoor furniture.

Mink graduated from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California and is now based in Los Angeles, California.
